Don't even think about contacting the store manager with your concerns. I tried on Tuesday. Today is Saturday and still no call back from the manager. My 3year old microwave caught on fire. Store personnel told me that the warranty would replace it. Someone would come to certify the problem. Someone else would come to measure for the built-in microwave. After two delays, we got the problem certified only to find out that no one would come to measure until the warranty company mailed us a check, no replacement, just a check. ... read more
