I had purchased a conversation set online, assembly wasn’t clearly required nor explained, shipping was also too late that I had to call and cancel. Despite the fact that their return policy is stating that orders could be cancelled with 48 hours before delivery, the associate couldn’t do it at her end so she had to call FedEx to return the item back to the vendor. Pure trash. Terrible lazy service filled with employees who think they can cuss at and be disrespectful to a customer and get away with it. Try again, that’s a good way to lose your job.

I can always find what I need, they're always super helpful, and all garden center shoppers educate one another. It's always a great time!
This store never has anyone willing to help. For the second time trying to buy a door and then pick up what I’ve purchased I just get passed around from person to person. Currently waiting an hour for someone to find someone who can help. Anyone just says we’re not staffed till ten.
