Just had a refrigerate delivered and learned several things that impacted the delivery. The sales associate did not offer haul away option, which I assumed was automatic like other stores. Also, I was assured that there would not be a problem with the water line since the delivery people would have an adapter. I was not informed that I would have to attach tgher waterline because it was not new. Terrific delivery team, but I could sense their embarrassment at the lack of information.
For-20 years Iv'e bought most of my-building-supplies from-lowes. I-used to buy plumbing,lumber etc.I-have always asked those who worked-inside to help me find something and they were-great..Over the past-20 years iv'e spent thousands of dollars with-lowes.The only-ones Iv'e ever-had a problem-with was a smart-mouth black-woman at the comerical-check-out. Waited 30 minutes for an order picker to get something off of the top rack. Did someone tell him to bring the item to the front since it was already paid for? Nope...just went back and got it myself.
Stay far away from here if you want customer service.god forbid you try to get customer service.
No shopping carts,and if you ask for one you will be told to get one out of the parking lot.
I'm always satisfied I've bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff and have thousands to go I've only had one sales person about 2 years ago that I never want to help me again very rude butt all the rest great and even when crowded they have time for u and I never mind waiting my turn
Oh Lowes after the year I have had dealing with our remodel you don't want me to post what I really think!!!
