Was just at the store, a cashier named Susan, coughing and wiping nose, coughing all in air and on the water bottles near the register, really red face... and they are letting her work. I hope like hell I don’t end up sick because of the managers not telling the sick to stay home or sending them home if they show up sick...

Shittist Lowe’s I have ever been to!
Ordered Flooring - was emailed at 9AM saying my order was ready - 7PM they don’t know where my order is - HOME DEPOT has my business now! Lowe’s Home Improvement Center SUCKS!
Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. We were going to purchase new flooring for our home. Change of plans, we will be going elsewhere. We tried and tried to get help in the flooring department. After about 20 minutes a “flooring expert” asked us how we were and pointed his finger at the type of floor we inquired about. Then he went on his way. No more answers, no suggestions, absolutely nothing. Come on guys, you can do better than this.
My whole day has been messed up waiting the full 4 Hours on a delivery. I guess my time is of no value!
