Shopped for several items today. Gentlemen helped me find product for ant problem. He was thorough and extremely helpful. I also heard him assist another family and he was equally as professional. On a less positive note, a young man in the lumber department greeted me with "can I help you DARLING " I responded that my name was not DARLING and it was offensive. I was pleasant. Horrible experience, horrible communication, horrible customer service! Do not shop at this location. What a disappointment. So long Lowes, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Absolutely piss poor customer service and issue resolution. We ordered an entire kitchen, cabinets, appliances, etc. The cabinets were damaged and we got the run around on our appliance purchases. Truly disgusted at how even the managers can’t seem to find or fix this. For being a local corporation I’m very disappointed in the quality of this whole renovation. I would have been better off going somewhere else, anywhere else.
By far the worst service I have ever seen!! I needed a piece of plywood cut went to lumber desk 3 Times not to mention service button is not working for some reason!! Wasted 45 minutes!! Not to mention was going to buy a table saw that’s $400 oh well Home Depot will gladly take my money I wish it was an option to give no stars
This is the worst store ever! You have to beg them to wait on you. We tried to buy a washer and dryer today but no one would help us. We pressed the help button twice. Sales associate came and turned it off, totally ignored us and waited on someone else. We went to customer service and told them. They really didn't care.. We are now on the way to Home Depot.
Don't expect "customer service" at the customer service desk. 4 employees at the desk. One was working an issue over the phone. The other 3 were standing right at the computer talking about who is wanting hours and who doesn't. All 3 looked at me. None of them said a word to me. One man came up and asked to set an item down while he got a cart. They said ok. I waited a little longer.
