I shopped at Lowe’s for over 15+ years on everything I needed at work and at home, but my experience yesterday has now changed my decision on where I go from now on. Long story short, I purchased a weed eater and it was hard to start and the bolt was stuck on the line spool. I took it in to see if they could help/ replace it. Excellent service, I had lost a cushion to a set that I bought from last year and they replaced it completely free!! Now that's customer service, I love there furniture by the way!!!
