Great plant nursery! I love this store!
This place was terrible. No customer service what so ever. I was looking for fence posts and got no help what so ever. Nobody asked me if i needed help or was even around to get help from. So I go to the cashier on the lumber side as she tells me someone will be right with me. I'm like OK cool. 20 minutes pass this chick sees me still stabding there waiting and does nothing to help. Excellent they unloaded fast
This is the second time I have tried to use Lowes for a door....this time very bad communication from the store and their sub contractor...if you want to get a door...go to someone else. They don't communicate or follow their time line.
#lowes flower mound tx 75028 location. This is completely unprofessional. When someone is out to lunch the other team members should be able to help customers. If you can't help find someone that can. This is my second trip after many calls. How many times do I have to drive to your store to be told the employee is off or out to luch. You need to cross train your employees and improve your communication amoungst your team this is 2016
AMAZING trip to Lowes last night! The night Manager Roy was fantastic and made our shopping trip fun and we left with a real 12 ft Christmas tree! We went back for lights tonight and he saw us walking in the front door and came over to greet us since he remembered us from the night before. Great customer service experience thanks to Roy!!
Today I was met at my home by Bobby Nedyalkov. He was there to install two hot water heaters. Bobby was extremely helpful and very courteous. He was so kind and friendly and is most definitely an asset to your company. He installed the two water heaters quickly and efficiently and left zero mess. He arrived right when he was supposed to, and completed his tasks in a very timely manner. Cheers on having such an asset on your team.
