I purchased a dishwasher and installation, I thought I set up the installation date with the sales associate only to find out that is not the way it works. I was first told that the installer would call in 48 hours, that never happen, then told another installer would install today between 8-10 am, no show or call, I canceled installation and will handle myself. Needless to say I'm not happy with Lowes, poor way to do business.
LOWES called US yesterday to arrange a delivery at 4pm today for our neighbour. He is elderly and disabled and we have to help him with things like this so we arranged this ourselves so the delivery time was not given to us second hand. They FINALLY arrived at 9:30PM. They are still here at 10PM banging and making so much noise it is bothering the neighbors and the neighborhood dogs. The whole street is in an uproar. Marvin and Katherine are awesome employees! They went above and beyond to help me find my outside rugs. Marvin contacted the Ridgeland store (after being disconnected several times) and for them to hold 3 for me! Thanks for GREAT customer service!
