Huge shout out to Laron and Phil who spent about 2 hours of their time helping me gather everything I needed to build something for my daughter. They were patient with me and my 2 toddlers as we wandered the store in search of what I needed. THANK YOU!!!

Great location, and easy to get in and out! Usually have helpful associates, depending on time of day.
I will not deal with this lowes. Poor customer service. They all act like they don't want to work, except Angela. She was the only one that would help. We bought something online, went to pick it up and they cancelled the order. 3 days later they take the money out of our account for the item we've never received. Trying to handle it has been a mess.
Just got off the phone with Jonathan at Lowe's in Madison. I seem to be having some difficulty in the new dishwasher department, since the last dishwasher we bought was in 1998! Dishwashers have changed a LOT!! I bought a Bosch thinking, it's the best! Not so much. Not for me anyway. Lowe's customer service, and Jonathan, have been wonderful throughout the process of getting a new dishwasher ordered! THANK YOU JONATHAN!!!!
