RecommendedWe purchased a fridge in July during a sale and it’s delivery keeps getting delayed, now September. We decided to just cancel the order. We stopped at Customer Service yesterday and Amber and Terrence were fantastic. They took care of us in under 10 minutes! We expected there to be a hassle somewhere but those two deserve recognition for their “Gotcha Covered” attitude. We’ll be back!
Lowe's is my favorite place for any home improvement needs from lawn/yard to appliances! I have always depended upon their great customer service and guidance that I receive when I have questions! That is what keeps me coming back! Love it!❤
No customer service, asked for someone to load my heavy bags of soil, cashier called three times, nothing. Left the cart, walked outside and there were four Lowe's employees doing nothing. Last straw for me Stopped at Madison Yard and Garden, a young man walked around with me, loaded the heavy bags on a buggy and loaded them into my vehicle.
Bought new oven/range... then never hear back about actually getting the oven delivered and installed!!!! We have been without a working oven for almost a week now. We were supposed to get a call by Tuesday so we could hopefully schedule installation this weekend. It’s been crickets. No call at all. We’ve called the store, gone up to the store, nothing. this is absolutely one of the worst stores I have ever attempted to shopping. The customer service is less than poor. Shame on you, Madison Lowe's
