The last 2 times in the last couple of weeks, my husband and I have come in to buy some supplies.... and there were NO cashiers at any of the registers! Self Checkout was a NIGHTMARE! As a former employee of Lowes, I know these are not the normal practices of this company. Customer service was almost nonexistent as well. What is going on!?! It pains me to say that we are going to have to take our business elsewhere.
