Lowe's is very good place to buy home improvement items I have had very good experiences with this location which is across the street from a Home Depot. I bought a clothes dryer there and they delivered it- very smooth process. I have also bought many plants and landscape suppiies there and have no complaints. Store is ususally kept clean and staff is helpful.
RecommendedFrank and Doug helped me locate/ purchase a power tool that had been misplaced in the store. It took a full day for the tool to be located and Frank kept me updated via phone calls. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks guys!
This place does not even deserve 1 star. Their services is terrible. I bought a refrigerator last 2 weeks, it had water leak and I had to return it. We came to the store in McDermott Dr, Allen and bought the new one, had the schedule for delivery on the next day. I have been waiting from this Monday until now, and not see the delivery yet. We are trying to call the customer services and delivery department, but just hopeless. They keep us on hold and not even answer the phone. I paid for flooring installation on December the 17th. It’s February 8th and it’s not done being installed. I contracted with another company to finish the installation and asked them a couple weeks ago to refund my card. Lowe’s won’t do it. I’ve been getting the run around. I’ve had other issues with them too this year. I’ve been a Lowe’s customer since way before 2012 with all of my houses. I’ve had the do the flooring, granite, etc. No more! No one would help, even got one guy over to the aisle and he said not my department and went back to sitting up by the door because he said he didn't know where a ladder was. We got the ladder ourselves, it was around the corner, and got the product down. Store really was lacking in any customer service.
My french doors and bathroom door look great! They were on time and installed in less than 3 hours. Very nice gentlemen and I didn't have to lock my dog up! Just not looking forward to painting or putting my blinds back on. Thank you Juan and Hugo!
