Pathetic service. Bought 2 appliances a month ago & already have issues with both. They've "no showed" me twice on service appointments so far and I bought these appliances one month ago!!!!
Your store sucks! Rude customer service, delayed delivery (2 more weeks!) How do you keep customers with this kind of service? Home Depot is just down the street! We've waited over 2 weeks for our refrigerator to be delivered. I confirmed delivery this morning about 11:30am. About 6pm, I get a call from your store telling me it will be another 2 to 3 weeks. Our new house with 2 young boys and NO refrigerator. Thanks Lowe's.
In store experience is usually pretty good and help is around when needed. The staff are excellent. Management seems to be lacking when it comes to taking responsibility and handling their business affairs. When it comes to online orders and the store following up on orders placed Lowes fell short. The online page promises delivery by a certain date and when you call to verify they say sorry but you are scheduled for another day.
