ThisnLowes has to be the shittiest Lowes I have ever attended! I have an an issue with you people since April!!!!! You numb nuts pass me from one lackey to another. You say you will call back and you never do! I have called to customer service to put down a complaint and even then they didnt process it, they only passed me to someone else who didnt resolve my problem! THIS LOWES SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER GO TO IT AGAIN!
Very poor customer service. Lack of leadership skills!!!! I wasn't able to get help while waited 20 minutes for an assistance and nobody showed up to help, and when I asked associates, they said they don't know!! This is not the first time that has occurred. Unprofessional!!!
The "help" in the home improvement have no idea what they are doing. Use another location.
I love shopping at Lowe's they have a great assortment of plants and flowers, great prices.
Can I rate it at 0 stars? I was turned away at 9pm. Steal gates were dropping down. I was told by an employee that Lowes #1507 now closes early because of day light savings.
