Very disappointed in this store. I previously worked at Lowe’s for 5 years and have had other relatives work for the company back home. I ordered a washer and dryer almost 2 weeks ago. First they called for delivery and said the dryer didn’t come in but had the washer. Due to COVID I did not want 2 deliveries so I asked if the washer could be delivered when dryer arrives. Horrible customer service, both on the phone and in store with Lowe's Norcross. I bought an oven that arrived missing one part and had another part broken, spent days trying to get it resolved on the phone, then went to the store, where they gave us spare parts and expected us to just fix the oven ourselves. Customer service sends you to the department, and the department tries to send you back to customer service. We were asked by the employee to give him a positive review so that he could get a raise. HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES WHO CARE! I just called to ask if you carried carpenter wasp spray; got put on hold and FORGOTTEN BY TWO EMPLOYEES and then third one (a female) who answered the phone asked me if I was asking about CARPETS!! I sighed and was about to try to explain it again, but she hung up on me. Way to go to win friends and influence customers, Lowe's!

In row 13, they have the shark fitting (small) sizes in a bin. well, it's all jacked up. was like that the last time I was there and mentioned it to a crew member. Nothing changed. Well looking for the 5/16th fitting I kind of cleaned it up a little.... still a mess. well no 5/16th fittings at all and so off to home depot. I had about $40 of other stuff I put back. So maybe this will catch someone's attention.
Horrible Customer Service. Tried to order Custom Blinds but apparently there's only 1 person in the entire store to do so and she's never available. Supervisor and Managers don't care or want to make anything right.
