Don't ever do your flooring through this Lowe's. We placed our order on July 1st and have yet to receive all materials to begin scheduling the install. We've had to make 100% of the phone calls to check on delivery - which was not delivered when promised. We are still missing a portion of our order, which is in the store, but they refuse to deliver it. July 20th and we have not been contacted to schedule a date for install. Spent about 20-30 minutes looking at washer and dryers and clearly this pregnant lady didn't look to be serious enough to purchase because the guy working looked over several times but proceeded to help everyone else that came by after me. Had actually planned on going in, picking a set and buying then but will head to Home Depot to see if their customer service is better.
They never have enough check out lanes open, no one offers to help... I got passed by literally 5 team members no one offered to help.

We bought a dish washer in October 2014 and after we installed it we noticed it had a leak. We went back to Lowes to exchange it for a different model and bought their installation package this time. I took a vacation day to be home for the day of installation. Lowes installation team came to our house and asked us to put up our dogs. While we were putting up our dogs the contractor left.
