I've been very disappointed with the service I've had the last few days. I was told I'd be called yesterday to resolve an issue but then was never called. Then I called today and was told they would call back. They called back right before it was supposedly break time. I called back after I was told break was over and he had just left and the other guy wouldn't help me because he was busy with others. Been waiting in line for 20 minutes for someone to help me. There are 4 people in line waiting. I will not come back to this Lowes.

I'm a very frustrated, dissatisfied, and shocked customer after the treatment I received from Lowe's local Store. The manager at the store sold me one water heater and all parts plus labor needed but when the installer came after 3 days, he asked more money in the name of missing parts, and pushed me to buy two water heaters at the same time. The price quoted to me at install time was $1000 more than what I was initially quoted for two water heaters. I took off from work for two hours for this, but lost the whole day calling... read more

It's been over a year now and Lowe's has yet to complete our wood floor installation. I REGRET the day we hired them to replace our floors. Avoid them at all costs if you don't want to flush $$ down the drain. Now their floor installation company H&H is refusing to come out to complete the job because they have come out 4 times and Lowe's keeps sending the wrong materials. It's been a nightmare of an experience. :(

Waited for 20 minutes for the one floor specialist who was busy with another customer. There were at least 10 other employees talking to each other or stocking that just said sorry they aren't flooring people. Why can't you train another person to know how to get carpet??? Finally got carpet and the person was nice, great! Then went to the garden section. There was also only one person who could answer any questions and help customers in the garden section and he was somewhere else. Again, why can't you have more than one pe... read more

Awful service today. Waited 35 minutes in lumber with absolutely no help. Won't even go into all the details of asking multiple people for assistance and the others whom ignored me. Finally walked out and even left my basket in the aisle.
