They have folks in the electric department who are absolutely zero help.
Paint department customer service is A+!
This store needs to be shut down. It’s pathetic. I get better help at Walmart if that tells you anything
I'm going to come in one day when I have nothing better to do, walk every aisle, and see if I can literally make it 12 hours without anyone so much as saying "hi" to me, much less asking if I need any help. How this place doesn't get robbed blind is beyond me.
The rebate offered was not honored in full. It took months of follow up and escalation to supervisors for both service and rebate to get working toilets and 2/3 of rebate that was originally offered. I was made to feel that I was a liar and should be thankful that they let me take advantage of them. Destroyed reputation of what I thought was a store known for customer service.
Bought a Christmas tree from there and when I got home the wrong tree was in the box.
