With the total lack of support I received in the recent Samsung washer recall, I will no longer be shopping at Lowe's. After weeks of run around and two failed appointments, I called this Lowe's store where I originally purchased the washer and spoke to the assistant store manager. He literally said, "This is not our problem," and fully gave me the impression he could not care less about the problems I've had. I've been going there to get bags of cement for a pretty big DIY backyard project. A wonderful young man named Jarvis Costley has OFFERED to help me load every time. He deserves a raise! Other employees looked the other way when they saw me loading large items, and I'm a 60 year old woman.
