I ordered a dryer online for a next day the delivery, the dryer did not show up for almost 2 weeks. The silverthorne store in Colorado kept giving me excuses as to why they couldn’t get the dryer. Customer service NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT... asked I employee yesterday if they could help me find a counter top cause the other lady (employee ) said their was two one hand his repose wel ummm the counters are right their! Went in there to get 170 fence boards and fence supplies .only spending $1000 .80ft of fence . 1/2 through loading the guy looked at another worker and said he is going to lunch and walked away. Had to finish loading the cart and unload supplies myself .
Great and friendly service, someone on hand to answer questions and trim the lumber to my specs. Love shopping there.
