This place is the worst. I ordered a dryer few months ago and it was delivered a day later than they said. Then I ordered fence supplies. They called and said they couldn't deliver it because their truck broke down and they claim to only have one truck. I got my money back and went to Home Depot where not only did they price match my order from Lowe's they gave us a truck to use. I have learned my lesson. I went to the store and ordering flooring. After I week I called , then finally called the assistant manager. Finally someone is coming to measure on Wed. But who knows when they will install it. Have the same problems with counter covers. I had to schedule an apt with Danny he was nice enough but no one has come to measure. Go someplace else.
Costumer Service is HORRIBLE!!! Always have issues with Auburn Lowes and Lowes in General
On a quick stop to grab a few simple household items I had the pleasure on encountering Andrew. He was very courteous and extra helpful. I was interested in a floor lamp that unfortunately was out of stock. Andrew went out of his was to see if I was able to purchase the display model. I was very pleased when he said I could. He even went in-search of a outlet to make sure it worked and dusted it off for me! Fantastic customer service and great follow through � Thank you!
Local Lowes on my way home. Decided to look at the Halloween decorations, just in case I found something I can't live without. THEY'VE ALREADY GOT CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS! IT'S NOT EVWN HALLOWEEN! THAT IS CRAP!
Terrible customer service. Never called to tell me the range I ordered was in, kept me on hold and never checked back, and when we finally got the range they substituted another model without calling me first. We went to the store and was kept waiting standing at customer service for a very long time while waiting for a person in charge to finally show up. I will never deal with any Lowes again
Horrible service, stock and selection. At least they're consistent.
