Worst Customer Service! Ordered a new washer/dryer set last week and gave specific instructions FOUR times about where to call for delivery. Driver didn't read the instructions. Scheduled two more times for delivery - still haven't shown up. No one answers the phone at the store when we call. Lowe's Corporate Customer Service couldn't even get them to answer. I'll be getting my money back and not shopping at this store again.
Went in looking for a tool today I wasn’t sure where to find it and 2 employees walking thru the isles with their heads down on their phones ignored me. 1 of them literally almost walked right into me and if I wouldn’t have gotten out of his way he would have. Install interior doors and trim, still not done in over a year, never again, I could wright a book on the excuses and lack of professionalism .
