I have never had a worse customer service experience. while in self check out I witnessed an employee on the phone using profane language multiple times with a raised voice. when I told him that was not good practice and that he would not have a job if I was his manager he told me to mind my own buisiness and "keep walking old Man". as I did he continued to yell at me as I told other emoyees at the register of his actions. they and the manager did not seem very concerned. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. From being ignored and blown off to the employees just generally not giving a crap about what I need. When I spoke to customer service, I told her their website said they had 9 of the items in stock, but they weren’t on the shelf in their spot. She then asked me, “Well did you look up?” Wait...what? Look up? Why? “Oh, because there might be stock on the top of the shelves.” Lady, I don’t work here, so no, I didn’t look up. And let’s not even talk about everybody in the lumber ... read more
Better Customer Service. Give customers accurate answers to there questions rather than glibly saying whatever. When an employee does not know the answer, they should find someone who does. Employees should learn about the entire store not just their department.
Well...this is going to be a very long rant. Sorry in advance. In 2016 I bought a fridge with extended warranty from lowes. I have truly loved the fridge. Up until April I have loved the customer service with lowes and their third party service vendor A&E Service. We started having issues in December 2019 that are covered under warranty. Service was out in January and Feburary and parts replaced. The issues kept happening so I called again. Bought a gas range. Broke in less than 3 months. Called trying to get anyone on the phone. Went through loop at lease 20 times. Someone picked up twice and I got transferred and hung up on and then it went to busy signal. Seriously, done shopping with Lowe's forever
the worst customer service I have EVER received.
The team is awesome. A guy tried to steal a drill from Lowes and ran out the door. I tackled him and turned him over to the police and the team treated me like royalty. I hope Lowes corporate would get serious about thieves....because it is obvious the team wants to address larceny and they aren't able to. I appreciate Lowes hiring my fellow veterans and that I get a parking spot. I appreciate being appreciated.
