I'm 5'2" and 120 pounds, and as I lugged an 8x10 rug around your store looking for a cart, no less than five employees watched me struggle. Sure, I could have asked for help, but you would think employees would also offer help. None. I finally found a cart to lay the rug on. An employee watched me struggle to do it. Thanks a lot, Lowe's, for nothing. I'll go to Home Depot from now on. You lost my business.
Tj is awesome...picked out what guts i needed to fix our toilets the easiest...also made us laugh and smile.
I came in this evening with my brother to find a replacement fan for our moms bathroom. We really had no idea what exactly we were looking for. We were near the doors and window area when a guy named Chris helped us out. He walked us to the correct isle and gave the guidance we needed. He was also quite friendly besides extremely helpful. Thanks Chris for all your help!!!
