was in there more than once, never once did I receive even mediocre customer service! employees that don't wanna work and if asked to help are quick to give attitude as if they're being inconvenienced! Customers are what pays your employment checks.
Ensure all items ordered via their online system are actually together for pickup. If not there, ensure credits are completed as promised, without multiple reminders and follow-up. Suggest additional support at Customer Service Desk on a weekend morning. Arrived at 8:10 am - 26 minutes to pick up incomplete order. 17 minutes for back-up to respond to 3 requests for assistance due to line being 7 parties deep.
I’ve been doing business with Lowes in Lakewood for 10 years, and it seems to be going down hill, you cant get anyone to answer the phone , and nothing is ever where you can get to it , and nobody knows what the heck they’re doing
Just spent more than a half hour trying to get someone to help us with the appliances with NO luck. Anytime someone would see us try to flag them down they’d turn and walk the other way. One actually acknowledged us but only said he’d page someone which 10 mins later he still hadn’t bothered 😕 We were ready to purchase $2000. For a washer and dryer but no one wanted to let us! So sorry Lowe’s but apparently Home Depot will be earning our business this time. Very disappointed!
I usually try to shop at Lowe's because they support our military and their associates have historically been better than Home Depot. Not the case at this location. Not a single employee working lumber and even after paged, had to walk half way across the store to find an associate, no one showed up after nearly 30 minutes. I won't waste my time here again.
