Poor customer service! Probably won't be going back!
Brought a washer and dryer set, the dryer was damaged on the way to be delivered, and we could never get a set date on delivery from the beginning. So much running back and forth in the past week with these people. We are now waiting another week for the dryer and they offered a floor model, I told my husband NO! My husband has been patient the whole time and now he's borderline losing it, better him than myself ! Smh! DON'T shop here!!!!
My client purchased a portable air conditioner. It turned out not to be equipped to be installed in a slider patio door with included parts. But with the extensive help of the staff a solution evolved. Dane was very helpful in cutting up some insulation board for me. It worked out wonderfully. I forgot to get 2 names of the other staff members who assisted me. Upon my return to the store to pick up a part that got left behind. I couldn't locate them to thank them again. We bought a washer there two weeks ago. It just stopped working so I have been on the phone trying to get some help for the past hour and have been transferred 3 times and when I asked for a manager I was hung up on. When I called back I was hung up on again. My husband is now on the phone with them and yet again no one is answering...worst customer service ever!
I like looking through the clearance items but not having to walk all through the store to hunt and peck for hidden items. Home Depot has awesome clearance sections.
CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT: Please PM me if they ripped you off with their appliance rebate. I bought six appliances, one didn't qualify for rebate, five did. So they put six appliances on two receipts where four on one qualified and the second receipt had the one that didn't qualify cancel one that did. You have to have at least two to qualify. Lowes stole $100 by doing it that way.
