Customer service has gone down the drain. Hiring inexperienced people makes shopping experience a nightmare. You don't need to know everything there is to know about home renovations or DIY projects. Just be courteous, friendly and if u don't know something don't act like you do and have an attitude. Management here at this store is useless. Neat less to say I'll be shopping at home depot from now on.
worst experience! **i was the only person in line! It took 13 min to Ck out because "Blake" could not go out & fund the price of my item!! He aid "well YOU can run back and get the item number" !!! If I wanted crappy service I would have gone to Home Depot!!
Placed an on line order to pick up in store. They called me at 9:30 pm on Saturday to say it was ready to pick up. Show up on Sunday, they can't find the order. After giving my name and phone number 3 times and waiting over 20 minutes, I gave up. Wouldn't be a big deal but this is the third time I've had the same problem with Lowe's and this time we drove 40 miles because the other Lowe's didn't have the item in stock.
This Lowe's has the best employees ever! They are friendly and helpful & care about meeting customers needs. They are under staffed at times but all in all a great store to shop in and it's great to be welcomed with such great customer service.
Worst customer service that I have experience, not even the General manager would help me. They would not come back to install the refrigerator and the crew left it in the middle of my living room.
Lowes is like family. These guys really take care of me. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They go out of their way to help!
