Worst customer service from Steve, front service mananger. Took us 45 minutes to complete a purchase for 3 items. I normally really like Lowes but I will not shop here again . Already called Lowes 800 number

Went to buy a xmas tree from their lot outside store on Thursday 11/30 at night...with my kids. They put it in net but said they couldn't tie it to car because he didn't know how to tie a knot....are you serious?? Wish they would have said that before i spent money on their trees which were all thrown together in bins to begin with....at home depot they carry tree to car and tie it up for you without questions or excuses. Obviously Lowes isnt planning to sell trees to elderly or assist women with children. Ladies go elsewher... read more
