Purchased Fisher and Paykel fridge in June. When delivered water line was connected and I was told I did not need filter. Wrong. Contacted Lowes and manager sent nice guy out but he could do nothing. Called store and spoke to Michael who yelled at me and told me it was my fault for not knowing filter would not be installed and I should have done my homework before purchasing. 5 STARS for this Lowes on Richmond Hwy, Alexandria Virginia. Always satisfied when I visit this store and I have used this specific location for a small bathroom renovation, purchased hand tools (hammer drill), misc items and just today (02Jul2014), Lowes Associate Jason C, walked me to the proper aisle and helped locate a appliance wall socket (there was no stock on the shelf, so he used a PDA to check on availability and found an another model that I bought and it works fine).
