Fantastic customer service...best wood in any town!
I purchased a garage door opener on Friday March 27th. I was told that someone from the installation company would call within 2 days. It is now the middle of Tuesday the 31st and no one has called. I called the store and was either hung up on or merely disconnected, I don't know. But when I called again and was transferred it rang indecently then disconnected. I'm not a fan of the politics of Home Depot but maybe they have better customer service.
