RecommendedMy husband and I have been frequenting Lowes in St. George for the last couple of months since we are new, first time home owners. Chuck at Lowes in gardening and landscape has been so helpful and help us find exactly what we need and answered all our questions. JJ also helped us find a refrigerator among the shortage thats been going on. Chuck and JJ both went above and beyond for us. Unimpressed! Your online ordering with curbside pickup leaves A LOT to be desired. First, no indication whatsoever, of when your order may be ready for pickup. Not during the order, not after the order. I received an email at 2:30am, approximately 7 hours after I placed the order, starting the order was ready for pickup. Over 30 minutes for this store to look for an online order. Finally I asked to cancel the order and have my money refunded. I was told that I didn’t need to cancel because my card would not be charged unless I picked up order. I asked for written confirmation and was told it wasn’t necessary. Cathy at the service desk was awful. I doubt she has had any formal customer service training. If she has been trained she needs to be re-trained. I love shopping at Lowe's, there are so many new things to try and I learn how to do many more things on my own, I am going to be doing a door with them soon and I am so excited. Of course I do have to say I also Love working there as well, we have a great team, and I am Proud to be a member of that team

I needed a power inverter to charge my laptop in the car. The website told me how many were in stock and where to find it: isle 15, bin 15. It was exactly where it was supposed to be.
Everyone at this location is so happy and eager to help. Any question is answered, and in most cases, you are escorted to what you are looking for. I enjoy the environment and of course all of the supplies. Prices are spot on, and in many cases, lower than the competition..
