Have been waiting for more than 6.5 hours for my scheduled delivery window. Someone was supposed to call this morning to give me an idea where we are in the order and didn't. Called the store and it eings and rings until going back to the auto menu.
Amazing customer service time and time again. They make it right when you have an issue!
Nobody around to help me. I had to call the store to which they never bothered to help. I am going to Home Depot... they care about their customers at home depot. This Lowes obviously does not. I am new to the area and was treated like cap and had a total of FOUR people here refuse to help me. I see why your store was dead...
Horrible customer service. We bought a grill today and it is missing pieces. I called the store and spoke to Shannon. Her response to me was beyond rude, zero resolution until I stop in on my own time. I will never, never shop at Lowe's again as well as will make sure to share my story with others as well as social media sites as well. We were at the Jordan creek location in West Des Moines IA Todd was the GM the store helped us out big time to help us make beds for kids are in need of one! Employees helped out everyone their was extremely helpful! Thank you and 65 kids also thank you that’s 65 kids in the Des Moines area no longer sleeping in the floor!
