I like Lowe's, but when I'm at your store and need help getting a 75 lb box off the aisle, up to the register and into my car, one would think you would have some employees slated to help on a weekend! What has happened to customer service? I also spoke to 6 different sales personnel. Only 3 seemed to care whether I had the information or help I needed.
I waited thirty minutes for someone to help me make a key . Ridiculous!
Busy time. 1 cashier. Self check outs closed
We spent thousands of dollars on new windows. Top of the line pella. Lowes provided the contractor. It's been 40 days since the job was started and is currently incomplete! REALLY LOWES THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! !!!
