RecommendedI had the most amazing experience yesterday. I stopped in to check out the Pit Boss combination smoker/grill. Its a big boy and knew my only chance getting it home in our pathfinder was if it was un-assembled. After spending probably 15 minutes standing around waiting for a staff member to come to my aid, up walked Alekx (forgive the spelling). Husband and I bought 2 different patio sets. The first one had 2 defective pieces and a missing piece all together. We brought the 2 defective pieces to swap out as we live an hr drive away. They would not do anything without us returning the whole set and taking the display which was all scratched up. We just wanted 2 pieces off the display as they did not have anything else available. love the great employees Kate & Matt in the garden center. They were very helpful today.
Purchased two appliances from this location... One they couldn't even get in (found out two weeks later, one day before scheduled delivery...why offer/sell it?) and the other didn't fit (install guy was great, said this brand always runs big...would have liked to know this before purchasing). Won't visit this store again.
Not the best customer service, checkout people are rude!
The folks here at Lowe's are simply amazing! We're here for our second Bunk Build day for Sleep in Heavenly Peace and we are so grateful to Todd and his staff for allowing us to use their space!
We have experienced excellent customer service at this store. We always go to this specific location because of the helpful and knowledgeable employees. We recently ordered all new windows, doors, and siding through Jim in pro services. He spent many hours with us patiently helping us get everything we needed ordered. We couldn't be happier with our experience here.
Shitty service. We would ask an employee for help and they would pass the buck and tell us to go to the next person. It took us three people before we actually talked to someone and he didn't have any knowledge about what we were asking about. If it wasn't for the good service I received from the paint department last time I was there, I would probably not return.
