Iam not sure if the other people who made comments were aware of the Lowes store number but this store is the best on customer service I give it A++ Thank You Lowes for all you do in way of service and helpful employees.
The clerks are always inquiring if you need help. My only complaint is some of the aisles and merchandise areas are so packed or work ladders for stocking in we, making it hard to navigate with a shopping cart. Usually find what I need when shopping and some!
Went in looking for 1600lum bulbs asked a floor person for help she direct me to lighting desk as she Dispatch over intercom waited there for 35 minutes no one showed up.....

Not too thrilled with Lowe's lately. They almost never have the items I'm looking for anymore. The customer service is lackluster.. if you can find an associate. There are 2 other stores in my area and I've been to all of them, seems like it's the same all over. The stores have changed a lot in the last few months and not for the better. Very poor customer service. Assistant store manager should know better how to deal with human beings. Poor Job showing itemization on receipts. Overall terrible experience Lowes has lost a customer I'll just go to Home Depot.
