Had a price dispute with the cashier and was told go back take a picture and go to customer service ... nothing I can do ... mind the transaction wasn't complete .... hmmm how about your job and do a price check... when it was clear he was not interest in the least I asked for a manager and was told oh he just left ... Lowes highly disappointed and really going to think twice before choosing to do business again ....
I don't think this place can improve. This would require a change in management and most of the staff. The people are lazy, cheeky, unfriendly and absolutely disrespectful. The customers are neglected and labelled as idiots. Abe what else should one expect... the fish stinks at first at the head.
If the customer service received from the person answering the phone is any indication of their commitment to quality customer service...BUYER BEWARE. The manager was suppose to speak w/ me on three different phone calls, as I was placed on hold multiple times for extended time periods...never happened. We spend too much money at this store to be treated with such disrespect.
