Randel at the customer service desk (1.26.19 night shift) was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to his manager due to his remarks/attitude, first he was the manager, then he said it would take awhile. I started to wait, however I had my 7 year old with me, so I felt it was best to leave. I will be calling tomorrow, however I’m so upset I needed to post this ASAP. Never had issues with this store until tonight, I’ve been a pro shopper for 6+ years now. Very disappointed.

Don’t bother coming to this store - no one cares about customers. I asked THREE different employees where I could find an item and all three times I was pointed in a general direction and once was told “I don’t know.” Not one person tried to assist me in getting what I needed. I’m not sure if it’s laziness or lack of concern, but we won’t be back here. Sad to say this is not an isolated incident..it’s happened a few times before. Customer service is rude, not helpful and gives an attitude to there customers!!!! None picks up the phone in appliances and when they do they just leave it there and never speak!! I was trying to buy a refrigerator and now the sale is over �. Awful experience!
THE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE AND NO ONE WAS WILLING TO REALLY HELP ME. I LEFT THERE IN ALMOST TEARS! WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND THEY HELPED ME GET EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND THEY WERE MUCH CHEAPER!
Good luck ever talking to the manager! I have been trying to deal with an issue since last Nov. I've been repeatedly told by an asst mgr, Jeff Ryder, that he would look into the problem and call me back. Well I've been waiting since Dec. and have even called and spoke with him again. Never a return phone call. Next step is to contact corporate.
