Three words - LACK of COMMUNICATION. They failed on follow ups, plain and simple!!!
Went in for a new washer and dryer and received excellent advice, suggestions, and a great deal. In and out in a very short amount of time.
Totally embarrassed. I am a Veteran and last week I was told this Lowes will no longer provide a Veterans discount unless I served for 20 years or currently active in the military. I served 6 years. Embarrassed in line, we won't ever go to school this store again.
Do not honor their warranties and they make it so hard to return stuff so Home Depot here I come
