The guy cut our wood the wrong size, and didn’t realize until we got home. So I called the store to ask how it works to return/exchange and the customer service lady was extremely rude. I just wanted to know if I needed to bring the wood back, considering some places don’t require returns if things were customized incorrectly. Wish we went to Home Depot for this project
Just experienced the worst customer service ever..no wonder there was not many people in the store..no one there to assist me and the ones that I did find seemed to be bothered that a customer needed help! I purchased a few small things that I could find.. and just went over to home Depot for the larger items. Never again!
The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful during a frenzied situation preparing for Hurricane Irma! Aggie was amazing, coordinating the plywood line. Preston, Brett, Dustin, and Jason were keeping the mood light while distributing thousands of sheets of plywood.
The guys in the lumber department were great. It was crazy with people needing plywood for the storm, but they took care of everyone efficiently.
I returned my $400 mower to Lowe's for warranty repair, and they lost it. Out of the kindness of their hearts, they offered me $100 for a new one.
