Please please never become an employee for Lowes. They treat there employees as bad or even worse as there customers. If you think customer service is bad now just wait with all the lay-offs that are still coming. There are no employees in the departments because the higher ups are worried about there bonus. Instead of there customer service.
We have always been treated fairly and helped with every question we had. Friendly people thru out this store, absolutely no complaints!! Thanks everyone!!
After 6 months a $700 freezer quit working! Lowes would not give out a lender freezer to save our food! They didn't care! Frigidaire freezers are awful and the service took 3 days for a no cool !! Now 5-6 days for parts! I am horrified that a big company can treat people so poorly!!! Shame on you Lowes! Shame on you!
