Have had multiple issues with customer service at this location. One time included an associate talking down to me about specs on a ceiling fan which I had fully researched online before heading to the store. Bought a fan at Home Depot instead. Tried using the "SELF CHECKOUTS" because I was in a hurry, and an associate insisted that they ring me up. This Lowe's has major communication issues. Selling products they do not have :( I can understand a bit with the trying times we are having at this time, but still, no excuse for this sort of incompetence. After all the phone calls from Lowe's to me and me to the delivery company, lowe's (not to mention email and texts.. after several days of this fiasco.. they even gave us a delivery date, before they said no freezer! Costumer service is terrible. Micheal Scaramutz is not to be trusted. Asked to speak with a manager and they hang up. Ordered blinds that they measured and were wrong and they will not correct the problem. They want me to pay for new ones when it was their mistake. Does this make sense?

I shopped at Lowe's on Veteran's in Cape Coral today, and I was given so much help by Pam, in plumbing. She was patient, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She is a real asset to your company. It was really a pleasure to shop there with her help.
I received a call from my wife while checking out. She called to ask me to pick something else up she forgot on our list. The cashier them says to me "I think you and your wife both need therapy!" I turned around and was going to say something but refrained from styling down to her level. Just really shocked that she said that so I refused to purchase additional items we needed and went to Home Depot!
