Stopped in Herimer, NY Lowes to purchase a gift card. Asked for a envelope and was told that will cost extra. That is pure greed. Did not purchase envelope.
I got a dishwasher...it took a week for them to deliver it .. then the day they were suppose to come.. they called and said something was wrong with it and they did not have anymore in stock. Just the floor model and they did not give us any money off it.
I have purchased a kitchen and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I am ready to call Corporate. Measurements all off, Cubberds are scratched , cracked and sizes wrong. I am fed up
Shopping at Lowes in Herkimer Black Friday it was extremely busy but after purchasing a new washer the employees took the time to help me load it which was no easy task. Would not fit in my hatchback and they took it out of the box and helped me tie it down .Employees went above and beyond to help me . Thank you very much .
Never again! Neighbor ordered washer it wasn't on truck .. went to store to pick up they didn't know how to let it out of the store ! Never shopping here again !
Great store and nice helpful folks there! We will never shop a Home Depot....everyone of their stores suck!
The Staff has always been extremely Friendly to us every time we have gone here.........And the Flowers & House Plants are a great deal Healthier than Walmart as well as Cheaper with excellent sales! <3
