The staff has absolutely no idea where anything is unless they look it up on their handheld computer. After they look it up on said handheld computer, they send you in the wrong direction to the wrong isle. I talked to 3 separate employees while there today. None of them knew what I was talking about when I mentioned I needed several basic things.
STOP telling your customers you will call one hour ahead of time for delivery. This is our third washer and drier being delivered (in a month), the first time they never even called, second time they called while in the driveway and the third time they called when 15 minutes away (after telling the assistant manager we wouldn’t be home and needed the hour notice) so we had to reschedule. store is clean, megan in customer service is pleasant, help came quickly, great selection, great prices
ordered a stove, fridge, microwave right before black Friday but was on sale all three, payed that day for everything. after first delivery did not come with no call no show, we went back to store they gave us some money back and rescheduled a new delivery. second delivery day got a call everything was all set be late morning delivery. break check hour later got a call stating computer glitch asking for our credit card number over phone and a 1000 excuses why they could not deliver. after fighting with store we purchased fro... read more
I will never do delivery with them again. Worthless and all we heard was lies on our order for the bathroom that was getting done in my house. Ridiculous and not acceptable!
