Spent 30 mins looking for plumbing parts and hit the help button at least 5 times but no one came to help. Maybe their help buttons aren't working but the costumer service here is horrible!

I will never purchase from there again. The whole order and delivery option is a total mess. Consumer service will not work with customers when it is the stores fault. Will never recommend any one to puchase from this store. Employees have no knowledge and super visors are rude.
You really need to talk to your staff about the condition in which your trailers leave your dock in. Pallets falling, weaved in and out of each other. I unload your trailers and was almost crushed by a stack. I am bleeding from my jaw. Retarded toddlers high on Crystal meth could do a better job than your employees

After all of our horrible experiences at Lowes in a pinch my husband went to Lowes simply because it was closer and we had an emergency that needed to be fixed fast. Now because the cashier was to dump to put something in the bag we are without our kitchen sink tonight. Absolute incompetence now my husband has to waste an hour and a half tomorrow to get th 3rd piece that the cashier forgot to put into the Bag. Every time we go there we have problems . No matter what Lowes that we ship at.
