Lowe's was a favorite of mine till we had a problem with our washing machine. I bought the warranty and was so excited that my machine had issues before my warranty was over. That's where my excitement ended. Dealing with the warranty company and the contractor they hired to fix the machine has been horrible. Almost 2 weeks now and my machine still isn't fixed. So I guess Lowes isnt honoring the 15% off for veterans anymore, you have to be active or retired and that's it...so I guess screw the rest of us, huh?
I bought a 4 year service plan when I bought my GE washing machine @ Lowes, & I am really glad that I did. The repair guy came out fairly soon, but couldn't get the part locally, so he ordered the part & it was @ my house the next day. He just replaced the part today, & I will be able to use my washer again this weekend. :)
