Rude treatment by employee who doesn't care what customers think or need.
Omgosh has anyone else seen the new "house commercial" for Lowe's? I love it!!
Customer service at the cash registers is decaying. Some employees are just flat out rude. Allow me to offer the management two business suggestion ... 1) If the parking is 50% filled with vehicles ...have more then one register open. And, 2) if all the carts are outside in the return bins ....you're losing revenue ...have someone bring them back inside so people can carry and buy more stuff.
We purchased a new washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. It started acting up from the start. Plus it had a huge dent in the side from when theg delivered it. I called and everyone was rude and could careless. Finally after a week of waiting someone came to look at it . my brand new washer needs a new motherboard. Now im still waiting with a broken washer for another week. Very disappointing. Bad decision on our part to make a major purchse at Lowes.
