help from all the associates..had everything I needed
Terrible customer service. Waited an hour and a half for them to find a ladder I wanted. The website and their in store inventory said they had 9 in stock. They could not find them. Tried to sell me a bigger ( and more expensive) ladder, repeatedly telling me it was the the one I wanted.
Had a very pleasant experience ordering a price match item. Thank you Laura at the customer service desk for your patience and concern. It’s nice to see that there are people that know what customer service really is. 6 stars !
Customer service is incompetent. They also deliver the wrong product and delay installation of flooring.
Well it’s not that I hate it it’s that the way the hire specialist Someone works in a department for awhile then when they lose a specialist they hire another person who has no experience in that department over someone who has worked there longer and has the experience and they need to train the new specialist It’s bs hiring system sucks
People who are working there need fired! Had to dig through plywood above head while 2 employees stood there talking and acted like they were fixing stuff on end of aisle. Stuff sitting all over store needing to be put away. Said something about it to cashier and she said oh they know about it but no one watches them.
So very disappointed with Lowe's in Lancaster PA - I bought about 11 Mums and they all died - the manager said because it was past 30 days (7 days) they wouldn't give me my money back - guess what - I'm staying away from Lowe's - maybe Home Depot will treat me better
