this particular Lowes stinks. the personnel have No Idea what they r doing. very disappointing!
This store needs to improve on their customer service or management or both! Have spent lots of money with Lowes and this store is by far the worst! Today I bought a dishwasher, paid for t in advance and ask if I went to get a truck, would it be ready for pick-up, they told me They would have it up front,Went back 2 hours later, no dishwasher! It’s been 2 weeks trying to get a call back to find out a quote to install the $3000.00 worth of flooring we purchased. I have yet to receive a call and have called at least 4 times and told a manager would call back or talk to a manager and told they would have another manager call and still no call. This is unbelievable. I was assured when we purchased the flooring that they would take care of us but you can’t reach anyone ever and no one ever returns calls or helps. Today I was at Lowe’s in Fairborn ton pick up some supplies. There was a group of three people not wearing their masks who ran into me as I was coming out of an isle. I asked if they would put on their masks and they ignored me. Later, I saw them talking to a Lowe’s employee who said nothing to them about wearing masks. I brought it up to the self serve check out person and she said “ok what do you want us to do about it?” I said it’s the law they must wear them in enclosed places. That was ignored by the staff. I had the word experience at this location O told 6 times to wait for help and I’ve after 45 minutes still no one ever come to assist me Also was about an other 20 people asking for help but nothing I am petty sure will be a lot complains
Ordered siding 2 weeks ago. Delivery date was for July 14th. Paid a delivery fee and some sort of “special” packaging fee as well Called the night before to confirm a time of delivery and was told between 8am and 8 pm. Also by someone who was VERY SHORT with her responses when I tried to ask questions. Really!? RecommendedI would like to extend a deep and sincere apology to the two older gentlemen for interrupting their vital discussion of the store management's many and distasteful shortcomings.
