I wish I remembered the young man's name that took my call at the Deptford Lowe's. I explained to him that I'd locked my self out of my car and asked if the store sold the shim air leveling tool . He not only found it but provided the price and left it at the the front desk with my name on it! He even alerted the cashier that I'd be coming. Thanks kind associate!

Not happy whatsoever with the Sherwin Williams Showcase paint I bought from Lowes. It says paint and primer? I have put 2 coats on and I still see spots on my walls that the paint has not covered well at all.
We use this Lowes all the time, for the most part the employees are great and helpful. Everything we order comes in on time
Ordered my daughter's bunk bed from this store yesterday. It took 45 minutes to order which isn't horrible but I really wish the online tech support didn't give me false information. I asked them if I ordered a bunk bed would the delivery people be able to set it up and I was told yes just contact your local store. Was told yesterday (when I went to the store to schedule) thay they do not set up bunk beds. Kind of disappointed because 95% of the reason I chose Lowe's was because I was told they would set up the bed!!
Went to Home Depot for some paint and had terrible results. Lowe's fixed everything and Arnold at the paint desk was so much more knowledgeable. Home Depot's color matching is a total crock!!!! I have to repaint my entire wall now! I will never go there again. Should have known Lowe's was the way to go.
