Great help and easy service and advice
I had my laminate flooring done by Lowe’s 3 years ago and In the 3 years it has separated 3 times. Now on this 3rd time they tell me they cannot fix it again because my floor is discontinued so I had to pick a new floor which I did over a month ago. I have been waiting for my floor to be fixed or replaced since November and here we sit with gaps in our floor. Poor customer service. I bought cushions less than 2 days ago and they went half off so I asked if they could price adjust and they said no. I said I'd return them and rebuy them then since online it showed an abundance of them at this location. Mind you this would be the third time I ordered cushions online from them and another location in the past 4 days. They cancelled my order each time because their website was wrong. Employees should help guest INSTEAD of walking the other way. And don’t see any discount or sales like Home Depot has everyday
Hardwood installed by Lowes. Less than a year gaps appeared. Still under warranty. I called them and it's been 2 1/2 months and still waiting for Lowes to repair it. Not Happy at all. I do a lot of home projects and buy a of my materials from them. If you go to Lowes Stores, they tell me to call Project team. If any one knows where I can call the higher ups please help. I'm tired of being blown off.
